Our client is looking for a Company Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department.
This is a position that will provide decent opportunity to progress and develop your career.
Based in Woking the ideal candidate for this position will:
The company does offer hybrid working but would expect the candidate to be in the office for 2 to 3 days a week.
Our client envisages that candidates with between 2 - 6 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.

- Have experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of customer contracts and agreements including customer terms and conditions, procurement contracts, tenders, marketing, agency, distribution, IT and IP agreements,
- Be able to assist and help the department on a wide range of other legal matters including data protection, technology and minor litigation and disputes
- Be a qualified solicitor who has gained good training and post qualified experience at a law firm with a decent reputation
- Be between 2 - 6 years PQE
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
