Partner Financial are working with a listed global organisation with international operations and a heavy presence in both the US and Europe. The business is experiencing a changing market dynamic which needs constant attention. The business employs many thousands of people and with a consolidated turnover of £3Billions.
With a team orientated culture, relaxed but with frequent spikes in workload and activity, we are looking for individuals who can multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure. Your role will be to support driving the business, maximising the financial performance and supporting business decision making.

The role:
- Planning, budgeting & forecasting with the local business area and report and tracking progress against delivery of financial targets
- Providing advice on decisions to reduce cost, and increase profit and revenue, using insights and data analysis
- Ensuring effective control of all capital expenditure projects through the establishment of clear project accountability and ownership
- Business Partnering to line management teams to drive optimal finance/business decisions
- Supporting supplier cost reduction programme across all external supplier expenses
- Liaising with different non-financial stakeholders to ensure all major business decisions are taken with sufficient understanding of their financial consequences
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Highly analytical individual, with the ability to identify trends and insights to influence business
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Comfortable in relating complex financial strategies to non-financial/operational stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own deliverables under time pressure
