Reporting to the Reporting to the divisional Financial Controller, you will be in charge of understanding, consolidating, analysing and communicating financial information relating to the Group’s performance, to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Reporting to the divisional Financial Controller, you will be in charge of understanding, consolidating, analysing and communicating financial information relating to the Group’s performance, to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting on the consolidation process for the Group results, this includes all departments, subsidiaries and associates.
- Preparing monthly, annual reporting requirements and Interim Management Reports, assuring their accuracy
- Reporting subsidiary financial information to subsidiary Boards, the Group Leadership Team and Company Secretaries
- Supporting team management with value-add management reporting, identifying emerging trends and ensuring action is taken to address them
- Providing analysis to support different stakeholders across the business on decision making
- Delivering technical accounting updates on new accounting and financial reporting developments
- Preparing impact assessments on changes to accounting standards and developing implementation plans for those impacting the Group
- Owning the monthly reporting and cash flow actuals and managing the inputs across the business
- Supporting the Group Reporting Manager consolidating the Group financial results
- Qualified Accountant (ACA) from a top 4 practice
- Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
- A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
- A proactive individual, able to explore issues and generate new ideas in developing continuous improvement measures
- Extensive understanding and experience in IFRS 9/15/16 and how these impact a business
