Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a national service provider in Liverpool, who are keen to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Supporting the commercial finance team, you will be an integral member of the business partnering team and take sole responsibility for several cost centres. Working closely with various budget holders, you will provide financial insight and support, monitoring spend and looking at areas to maximise profit.

The ideal applicant will be fully qualified, ACCA / CIMA / ACA with a proven background in management accounts, variance analysis and business partnering.

You will be a commercial individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys working with various stakeholders including non-finance. You will be their first point of call, providing invaluable support in how they manage their department, coordinating regular monthly meetings and presenting financial insight and analysis.

You will be an articulate, confident, self motivated individual who is highly organised. With sound technical skills, including excel PowerBI, ERP software would be beneficial.

The successful new appointment will be responsible for:
  • Providing essential support to the wider business
  • Supporting the commercial teams with the production of several costing, profitability reports and variance analysis with commentary
  • Reporting spend, actual V budget
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting
  • Ah hoc projects, process improvements

  • Strong MS Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems SAP, Oracle, PowerBI, reporting tools


Interview Process:

This will be a 2 stage interview process with the first being via a Teams call, followed by a second meeting which will be face to face and on site.
