Ready for the move into a leadership role and stretch yourself in an exciting fast growing manufacturing environment?

Then this could be you! - A finance leader who will roll up their sleeves to organise and develop a team, business partner the CFO and other heads of dept and support across the business.

What are we after?

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualification experience, ideally in a fast moving consumer business holding technical financial knowledge and leadership skills developed in demanding settings. You will lead the team, ensuring they have clear goals and participate in improving performance so that the finance function will provide accurate and clear information, well presented and in consideration of the audience.

To deliver this you will need strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage team workloads and demonstrate the ability of identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
