SF Group are working with a mid market and highly successful private equity house to find a Chief Financial Officer for their high growth portfolio business in Birmingham.
This niche distribution business has experienced huge sales growth since its formation and is now delivering in excess of £50m of sales with a strong EBITDA number.
As Chief Financial Officer you will support the CEO around the shaping and delivery of strategy but also look after all financial reporting and working capital management. You will also be the main POC for external stakeholders, the banks and the Investor.
Given the size and scale of this role, you will be an established PE CFO and have successfully grown and ideally sold a business that is ideally in a dynamic, fast paced space.
Sector experience is not a huge issue on this role however ideally you will know your way around scaling a business and also be able to run a neat and tidy divestment process.
Whilst we would consider a relocation package, ideally candidates will live within a reasonable commute of The Midlands and be available within three months.
As well as a generous package, there will be an opportunity for wealth generation for the successful candidate.
