Location: Harrow

£140,000 to £160,000 depending on experience plus bonuses

This Finance Director opportunity is with a market leading, uniquely positioned and fast growing specialist international brake fluid manufacturer.

The intention is for the business to grow significantly internationally to maximise the EBITDA and enterprise value within 3 years.

Highly innovative, and building on 45 years’ experience as the market leading provider in the sector, our client is a dynamic and fast growing enterprise and grew 18% in 2021.

The Finance Director role is pivotal. You will work closely with the CEO and Board to define strategic vision and direction and manage income and value drivers. The need for productivity is critical.

Your input as Finance Director and a member of the Board will be to keep firm control of cash, finances and reporting during a period of rapid international growth. You will demonstrate commercial acumen and drive change whilst providing alternative financing solutions to support business expansion.

Heading up the finance team, your accounting and management skills and your experience of producing actionable information from a variety of sources will be crucial.

As the Finance Director you will:

• Hold a recognised CCAB accountancy qualification or equivalent
• Have worked in a high growth organisation
• Have experience in setting up international operations
• Have raised funds to support growth and managed funders
• Have worked in a senior financial role for at least 10 years requiring hands-on involvement
• Have worked with SMEs in the senior management team or an autonomous division of a larger company
• Have used Excel regularly

We are also interested in someone who has:

• Experience of Winman
• Experience of working with manufacturing / wholesale / product
• International growth across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
• Experience of working with US regional offices

Salary £140,000 to £160,000 depending on experience plus bonuses

Equity Options or equivalent for an outstanding contribution by the Finance Director

23 days holiday plus bank holidays; increasing annually after 2 years to a maximum of 4 days
