Description
As the Interim Head of Financial Reporting, you will control the day to day financial activities and ensure the effective and timely delivery of regulatory and statutory reporting. This role will also play a key role in delivering wider transformation and change activity to enhance operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include;
- Leading, developing and coaching the finance team
- Overall responsibility of period end activities and deliverables
- Managing external stakeholders including auditors
- Business partnering across the wider finance and operational functions
- Business case reviews and investment appraisals
- Ensuring robust compliance and control governance are in place
- Finance lead to support an ERP implementation to support continued operational efficiencies
- Driving continuous improvement and best practice activities
Profile
- A Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA)
- The ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- An appetite to deliver process improves and change
