WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

We are looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our fabulous Learning and Development Team

WHAT OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS PARTNER WILL DO:

Skills and training analysis
Training design
Training delivery
Knowledge transfer
Training evaluation and reporting
Advising on Learning and Development queries WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS PARTNER:

Experience within training design and delivery skills
Up to date learning and development knowledge principles and application training
Experience of apprentice programmes in leadership and management
At least 3 years' experience within a Learning and Development roleWHAT WE OFFER:
