Our Public Sector client is currently recruiting for an Associate Director of OD, pay rate GBP34.53– GBP39.75, this is a part time role 22.5 hours per week, this is a temporary position for initially a 3–month duration. Based in Medway.
The Associate Director of OD will support on Leadership and management training and delivery at all levels, Talent Management Programme & appraisal, Work based learning – T levels, internships, work experience, placements, apprenticeships and kick–start.
The post holder will also support and lead on the following;
Staff Health and Wellbeing
Staff Survey
People Pulse
Culture and Leadership Programme
Induction
Staff Awards
CPD Professional Development
Education contracts
Budget management
Clinical Placements and associated funding
Salary support
Culture and Workforce Engagement
