Job Title: HR Business Partner – Projects (Utilities)
Location: Agile – with some travel
Business Unit: Kier Utilities
Contract: Full time, permanent. Able to consider part time working and job share.

Our sector expertise stretches across telecoms, gas and water, working with emerging technologies to the most exacting standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Business Partner – Projects to support the Utilities business through delivery of key People, Culture and Wellbeing projects. In this role you will be taking personal accountability for leading HR projects and initiatives to deliver Performance Centred Leadership, meet HR plans and ensure that there is a strong culture of engagement. In addition you will be acting as a role model to champion the wellbeing of our teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged. You will also work closely with HR Business Partners, Assistant Business Partners, and the L&D team, in addition to a broad range of business stakeholders
What are we looking for?
You will need good project management skills, keeping projects to time, able to manage competing priorities under pressure whilst remaining calm and focused. You must be able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, as well as having strong organisational skills with the ability to work proactively on own initiative, to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
