Commercial Disputes Solicitor

Your new firm
Our client is a UK top 20, Legal 500 and internationally law firm based in Southampton City Centre. They are seeking a Commercial Disputes Solicitor on a 1 year FTC to cover a high profile and confidential case.

Your new role
You'll be part of their national team who advise blue chip and FTSE organisation clients on contractual and corporate disputes. Disputes range from supply chain, IT disputes, breach of contracts and warranty claims through to fraud, misrepresentation, advice on directors duties and much more.
The commercial disputes teams' expertise lies in dispute avoidance, litigation, international arbitration, mediation and out of court settlements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an England/Wales qualified Lawyer with 4+ years PQE.
They are seeking someone with strong experience of specialising Commercial Disputes law.
You'll be a bright and resilient lawyer who is excited at the prospect of working in a busy and supportive environment
You'll need excellent drafting skills, a sense of commercial pragmatism, a bright mind and a strong team ethos to help further develop the team's client base.
You'll also need to be motivated to participate in business development that helps to raise the team's profile and network.
