THE POSITION
An experienced Financial Controller for this broad controller position managing the finance area for the UK and European operations.
Reporting to the CFO, responsibilities include:

An excellent opportunity to join a growing business that is part of a global group. Candidates should be fully qualified with several years financial controller experience and ideally US GAAP. European accounting is advantageous. You should be technically strong, with good team and commercial acumen.
The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.

- Periodic and monthly management reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Financial analysis
- Annual reporting, regulatory reporting, and compliance.
- Manage European reporting, liaison with European finance teams and US GAAP reporting
- Systems and process, controls development and financial risk management
- Manage a small finance team
- liaison with operational and UK & European management
- Ad hoc projects
