General Practice Partner / Director – Liverpool

Description:An award–winning, regional firm of Accountants and Business Advisors is looking to appoint a General Practice Director or Partner. You will be joining an already hugely successful firm, that has recently gained new investment and has expansion plans to double in size over the next 5 years. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be working closely with the North West's Partners, both leading and developing the Merseyside general practice offering.

The firm are progressive with a modern approach, offering their staff a large amount of trust and flexibility, resulting in a high–calibre and motivated team.

You will be ACA / ACCA qualified, with strong technical knowledge across accountancy and taxation, with a proven background in both team and client management. Business development experience is also essential as you will preparing proposals and attending new business meetings/pitches alongside the Partners and Senior Management Team. Audit experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

The firm's client base is varied, consisting of individuals, partnerships, small to medium OMBs, alongside a number of large corporates and household names. Offering a portfolio to rival the Top 20, but with a much greater emphasis on work/life balance.
