About the role;
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a digital engagement programme where you will be a part of a revolutionary team helping to implement an exciting and ambitious CX/CRM programme.
In this role as a Business Analyst you will get the chance to design and support the adoption of new business processes, workflows and data structures such as dashboards. Helping teams across the education sector, you will successfully integrate the Digital Engagement solution into their ways of working.
As a core member of this team, you will be responsible for;
Work with stakeholders to map current business functions, processes, information flows and data structures
Ensure all data capture, analysis and recommendations are fully documented, auditable, and available for handover to programme delivery teams
Work with the business and programme to investigate the feasibility of proposed designs, performing proof of concepts or prototypes to assess new process options
Design 'to be' processes using the workflows within the technology (Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Dynamics) with input from process owners and end users
Assist business stakeholders to define acceptance tests for new business processes
Work with the business and end users to ensure that the solution and associated new ways of working are adopted post implementation
Skills that we can't do without;
Proficient in using tools and templates to record the processes, structure, relationships and use of information
establish relationships and managing stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds
understand and gather insights about underlying issues through abstract information and identifying patterns
Confident in data analysis, capture, curation, manipulation and visualisation
Experience designing and implementing new processes as part of large–scale technology–driven transformation projects
Experience of managing teams of analysts within the delivery context of a large transformation programme
