Our client work within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance and Decarbonisation sectors
They are looking for a Business Development Manager ideally with experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or facilities maintenance projects who is used to dealing with end–users to assist growth within an exceptional contractor looking to increase their market share. Requirements
Worked developing business within end–users
Used to securing service and maintenance contracts
Experience within the Facilities Management Industry
Management of Tenders and Re–Tenders
Duties
Business Development Manager throughout The UK but based out of The Midlands Office.
Meet potential new customers
Development business opportunities via portals, social media and web
Manage existing service contracts to ensure service levels are met
Managing a contract budget in upwards of GBP2million
Package:
GBP60k + Plus bonus incentives (TBD in interview)
Car allowance
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
