TransferRoom empowers football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real–time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 1000 transfers and we are thrilled that today over 600 clubs across 94 leagues in 54 countries are accelerating their success on our platform.
A newly created opportunity has just arisen here at TransferRoom and we're looking for a 'hands–on' sales leader to manage our high performing Sales team which will play a critical part in our success.
As our new Head of Sales, here is what you would have done last week:
* You and your team have delivered outstanding strategic storytelling to a range of global customers (Clubs, Agents & Leagues)
* Managed the team's performance ensuring a high quality output.
* Developed a great working understanding between our Retentions and Customer Success teams ensuring that everything is working in sync.
* Manage and own the full sales pipeline including short, medium and long–term forecasting
* Monitor and communicate the progression of opportunities through the pipeline to internal stakeholders
* Manage a portfolio of potential sales leads ensuring they are engaged in a timely and professional manner
* Successfully close a small number of high value contracts that are aligned with our overarching strategy
* Travel to visit prospective clubs globally
Who You Are:
* You'll have a proven track record in scaling up commercial operations in a high growth B2B SaaS business
* A track record of sales growth and success in a similar capacity elsewhere. Your numbers will speak for themselves; an impressive, demonstrable record of over–achievement on targets
* You are a leader with charisma and gravitas along with great management skills
* You understand data and are metric driven – this is not a purely relationship role
* You have a meticulous attention to detail along with an ability to work with high urgency
* Previous experience working within the Football industry is desirable, however you will need the ability to talk intelligently and with credibility about the football transfer market.
