Family Partner - Hertfordshire

Our client is an established, highly ranked Legal 500, recognised for its warm and friendly culture. It is a people–centric firm with low staff turnover, and due to significant commercial growth we are seeking a Partner to join the Family Team in a leadership position with a mix of skills in managing a complex family caseload, developing and growing the future talent, and having commercial acumen for raising the firm's profile further.

We are seeking an effective communicator, able to work internally with Private Wealth Partners and also with clients many of which are HNW, entrepreneurs and celebrities who have complex financial issues around divorce matters. Advocacy confidence and experience will be required to navigate cases against many comparable and London firms.

You will work on a varied caseload of all aspects of family law matters, including:

• Divorce
• Financial settlement
• Private law Children, including disputes and international relocation
• Nuptial agreement
• Co–habitation and TOLATA cases

Your key skills will include in–depth technical knowledge, strong client relationship builder, good network, collaborative attitude, tenacity and motivated approach.
