JOB TITLE: Commercial Legal Counsel (In-house)
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: London

THE ROLE: This successful Commercial Legal Counsel will undertake a broad range of commercial work in a fast-paced constantly evolving organisation. This will include but not limited to;
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts in line with business requirements and company policies; also assisting with the drafting and reviewing of standard terms for use with both clients and suppliers. • Assisting with general contact matters as appropriate within the business. • Liaising with and supporting colleagues as the operational needs of the business dictate. • Assisting with the development and delivery of commercial legal training.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from UK qualified lawyers with 2+ years PQE in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements gained from a leading law firm or in-house team. More importantly the successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated individual who possesses strong organisation skills. The candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels in various jurisdictions. This is an exciting opportunity in a successful team and growing organisation.
