Description
The Senior Finance Business Partner will engage with Senior Leaders within their allocated business unit and support the Head of Finance in creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management.
You will be a trusted adviser, assisting with core decision making.
Specifically:
Business Partnering - both locally and across the EMEA region, ensure that the impact of decisions is understood, performance is tracked and outcomes are explored. Influence day to day decisions, shape strategy and the direction of the business. Challenge the business over decisions and results, provide effective commercial procedures, initiate change to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are deliveredPlanning and Forecast - support budgeting and forecasting models to improve accuracy. Consider opportunities for the company to expand or grow and create strategic growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments. Generate 3-5 year financial forecasts, planning and financial modelling of investment or new product business casesFinance Processes - support key core finance activities including month end
Profile
The Senior Finance Business Partner will have the following:
Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA essential) with circa 2-3 years PQEExperience within the consultancy/real estate and property sector desirable but not essentialPrior experience in an analytical or business partnering position desirable Strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skillsProven track record of helping drive efficiencyDynamic, driven and self-responsible individualAbility to work independently or with minimal supervisionAdvanced excel skills - high attention to detail and able to present numbers to senior management / stakeholders
