HR Business Partner

Location of role – Gloucester, Oxford and Bristol.

We now have an amazing opportunity for an Regional HR Business Partner to come and join our team. Working in a fast paced customer focused environment you will drive the People Agenda in your Operational Business area through working in partnership with, and influencing, the Operations Manager to drive improved performance with their team of 7 area managers, covering from Midlands, South West and Wales, so a great opportunity to see our fantastic pubs and teams first hand.Working as part of the divisional HR team you will build close relationships with the division Resourcing and Learning teams and centres of excellence, to spot trends, support initiatives and deliver on activities to drive results.Greene King are currently undergoing an exciting cultural transformation and change program. To ensure its success your role as HRBP will be pivotal in supporting the transformation and change within Local Pubs and wider Green King team. Using your relationships you will influence the design and implementation of the sector specific people plan to support the Brand and Greene King's HR.

About you???

  • Multi–site regional–based business partnering, ideally with a fast–paced hospitality or retail–based experience
  • Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver within a fast moving and highly pressurised environment
  • Ability to quickly build relationships, influence and when necessary challenge stakeholders, including senior business leaders to enable effective business partnering
  • Ability to use experience, analyses data to demonstrated intuitive thinking to drive the right commercial decisions
  • Understanding and experience of change management
