Are you a successful Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager with a proven track record of new business development. You've previously sold or worked with products used within the construction and internal fit out of a commercial building or mezzanine floors. BASIC SALARY: GBP28,000 – GBP35,000 plus OTE

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be joining a contractor specialising in commercial refurbishments, providing workspaces to support modern business needs and contributing to the project from the beginning of the process right through to the finished result and everything in between. This will include lead generation, client visits to take specifications and conducting site surveys and providing relevant information to our estimating and design team.

You will need to be a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager with knowledge and experience of products used within the construction and internal fit out of a commercial building and mezzanine floors and you're looking to join a big thinking business with the potential to move into a Sales Manager role as we grow.

This Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager role will suit someone who:
?? Has an understanding of products used within the construction and internal fit out of a commercial building and/or mezzanine floors
?? Has demonstrable evidence of a successful career in sales – including new business development
?? Has the desire to work as a crucial part of a team contributing to our successes

We're looking for someone with experience over qualifications however, you'll need:
?? To be educated to A–Levels or equivalent
?? A full, clean driving license
?? The ability to plan and organise your time efficiently

Above all, we want a Business Development Manager who can contribute to the growth of our business, someone who is self–motivated and driven and who is ultimately looking to take the next step in their career by managing their own team.
