Temporary Financial Controller

Success Recruit are currently working with a family run, highly successful food manufacturer in Central Essex who are seeking an Interim Financial Controller to support them for a 3–6–month requirement initially.

The successful candidate will be confident using Sage X3 ideally due to an information system transfer currently happening within the business.

The Successful Temporary Financial Controller will be expected to:

* Be ACCA part or newly qualified

* Have previous experience managing a finance team

* Have strong commercial and technical experience dealing within global businesses

Job Specifics

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the Temporary Financial Controller is to support with the smooth daily running of the finance team and offering support and guidance on all financial related matters.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Managing a finance team

* Monthly management accounts

* Implementing new sage X3 system into the business

* Supporting with yearend audit

* Producing stator accounts

* Supporting with business partnering

The successful Finance Assistant will report directly into the finance director and manage a small team of management accountants and assistants. Strong leadership qualities are essential to support with individuals' development and general growth of the business.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm

Salary: Circa GBP65k
