Senior Consultant – Scrum Master

Exciting work you will do:

Work across multiple clients in different industries (not all projects will be full–time)
Actively contribute to business development activities through the identification of new opportunities within our clients
Lead, coach and support development teams to successfully deliver exceptional products
Play an active part in the Agile community and help to drive initiatives forward across North Highland and our
clients

What you will need:

Experience of agile methodologies and frameworks, including scaled agile delivery within one or more large enterprises
Successful experience in a Team Facilitator/Scrum Master role applying Scrum principles, practices, and
theory within agile environments
Experience interfacing and gaining credibility with different levels of the organisation from senior level client
executives to delivery teams
