HR Manager/Head of HR
Highly successful expanding and well established medium size law firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced HR professional to join them as Head of HR. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have experience within a professional services firm. Duties will include all recruitment processes for Fee Earners, Secretarial and Administration staff, maintaining HR policies and procedures, dealing with appraisals, grievances and disciplinaries. Working closely with the CEO and managing partner you will be a very integral part of the development and growth of the firm.
