REMOTE ROLE***
The development and delivery of the Health Board's Performance Management Framework: The post holder will be responsible for developing a comprehensive and integrated performance management system across the Health Board which supports high–performance and continuous improvement. The post holder will ensure the continued development of the performance framework with a focus on improving the quality, safety and experience of the services we deliver.
• Commissioning of Patient Services: The post holder will lead the commissioning a complex range of District General Hospital, Acute, private sector and Third sector services across England and Wales, ensuring the required performance and assurance is secured.
• Planning/Strategy: The post holder has responsibility for the Commissioning and Performance Management across the organisation and will play a significant role in the development of Health Board wide strategies and plans in addition to responsibility for ensuring department level plans are in place
