TXM Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is your chance to work for one of the UK's leading Train Operating Companies, the role comes with career progression as well as a long list of company benefits. As part of the role you will be required to attend the Head Offices in Birmingham at least once a week.
Role Responsibilities:
Working with departments to write case studies, presentations and reports as required to deliver the best possible outcome for the shareholder. These will communicate how the actions of the business align to our core strategies, are driven by robust data and evidence as well as demonstrating the improvements our actions have made to our customers and the business.
Act as a key conduit into the Annual Business Planning process, working with all areas of the business to develop, understand and write about future strategy – particularly with the business planning and finance teams.
Monitor and track progress of relevant business KPIs, providing information and insight into trends etc. Working with teams to ensure and demonstrate how KPIs have been met.
Support the Client Relationship and Contracts team with focussing on core compliance
Manage the relationship with the DfT whilst protecting the interests of the shareholders
Role Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
Pro–active individual with an ability to engage with others quickly to establish relationships on all levels.
Understanding of the UK Rail Industry is essential
Rail Franchising experience is essential
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, web based systems.
Organised and methodical.
Able to understand and absorb information quickly and accurately and seek appropriate action to deliver realistic solutions.**Please note interviews will be taking place W/C 16th May**
