Project Manager

Refurbishment/construction Project Managers, read on please! New job for a construction PM working with a large contractor who work all over the country from their base in West Yorkshire. The role will involve working on offices and dilapidated industrial units, working on refurbishments to bring them back to life. The role will mean nationwide travel, based from the office managing 1–2 contracts and spending 1–2 days on site. This is a really exciting new role with a freelance, temp to perm or permanent a possibility for the right person.

The Project Manager role will include:

Working from the office and around sites in the UK with travel 1–2 days per week

Project Management of the sites, working with the management team, commercial team and subcontractors

Leadership on Health and Safety, quality and CDM regulations

Management of Site Managers and leaders on site

Chairing site meetings and submitting progress reports

Responsibility for all site activities

The ideal Project Manager candidate will have:

CSCS Card

SMSTS

Extensive experience within construction projects

Leadership qualities and strong project management experience

A positive attitude towards work
