Clinical Negligence Partner
A Clinical Negligence Partner or Senior Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a national, Legal 500 law firm based in Birmingham. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is an award winning, multi service law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a flexible/remote working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for progression and development.
Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Partner or Senior Solicitor with Panel status to join the expanding Medical Negligence team. The successful Solicitor will join an award winning team made up of top ranked individuals recognised by the Legal 500 as leaders in their field. The team is renowned for its expertise acting on behalf of claimants in clinical negligence claims.
The successful Solicitor will head the department with assistance from a team of Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyers. In addition you will maintain a small caseload of claims of the highest value, in particular catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries, such as those involving cerebral palsy.
Applications are invited from Partners or Senior Solicitors with significant experience managing teams or departments. You will also ideally be a Panel member.
