Job title:Personal Assistant to Chief Executive and Chair
Location: Bloomsbury – London (hybrid working available)
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 37.5
Pay: GBP17.11 PER HOUR
Job summary:
To provide comprehensive, high quality and efficient secretarial and administrative support to Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Services Senior Management Team and build effective relationships with partner organisations at a senior level.
Duties:
– Provide effective diary management
– Assist with travel support
– Receive incoming e–mails, letters and telephone calls for the Chief Financial Officer
– deal with all communication in a professional, courteous and timely manner
– Organise high level meetings (which may cross a number of Directorates or external agencies)
– Ensure the smooth running of the Chief Financial Officer meetings
– Ensure correspondence is responded to in an appropriate, accurate, timely (ensuring compliance with Sport England's standards – max 15 days from receipt)
– Ensure a professional front–line support is provided to the Chief Financial Officer in the day to day operations of their function
Essential:
– Good standard of general education, including grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths.
– Vocational qualification in office administration or equivalent experience
Essential ID:
– Passport OR birth certificate
– 2 Proof of address
– Proof of NI
