Head of Sales

The Role: BMS Performance are working in partnership with Calor to on–board a dynamic, pro–active, and commercially astute Head of Sales to work with the Commercial & Domestic sales teams across the UK. The Head of Sales will be responsible for creating & implementing the end to end sales strategy for customer acquisition cross commercial & domestic end users in collaboration with the Heads of Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Engineering. The Head of Sales will do this through a host of reporting tools, tech stack packages, and working closely with their peers. The Head of Sales' longer–term responsibility is to build the customer portfolio of Calor and bring them on their sustainability journey from (Apply online only) as they are recognised as being at the forefront of the development of environmentally friendly & sustainable LPG solutions for the UK market.

The Head of Sales will have seven direct reports across the commercial & domestic sales teams both in the field and internally, and with this comes in excess of 75 indirect sales reports across the UK. In addition, the Head of Sales for Calor will be flying the flag for the UK business within their peer group across the SHV Group of companies & countries. This exposure to the senior leadership team on a regular basis will give the Head of Sales a clear progression plan through to UK Sales Director within potentially a short period of time.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Have a proven track record in strategic leadership within Sales & Marketing
Have a demonstrable sales track record in field sales management
Are able to hold your own at board level and on an international leadership team stage
Passionate about sustainability & environment
A history of coaching & developing high–level managers to unlock their full potential
Full & Clean Driving licence

Salary: Up to GBP100k basic salary + 30% OTE + Car Allowance + Private Medical Insurance + Pension + 25 days holiday
