Transformation Programme Manager
*Local Council* *Social care / Childrens Services Transformation* *Hybrid / remote working available*
The role:
This role will be instrumental in driving the development and delivery of key programmes in the Brighter Futures directorate and across a defined set of interdependent projects. With a primary responsibility for the following
* Early Help Transformation and Programme delivery design, implementation and delivery including the development of an Estates Based offer.
* Covid–19 Over–represented Children Pathfinder.
* The Postholder will be leading and supporting the transformation of our early help offer by integrating a number of services to improve the delivery of service whole family preventative services in locations and spaces best suited to the children, young person and their families
Ultimately the role takes responsibility for directly delivering the key assigned projects, working closely with Brighter Futures DMT, Transformation Programme Team and key stakeholder; as well as drawing on resources from a wide–range of multi–disciplinary teams. Our projects are centred on delivering better outcomes to the councils residents and working to ensure the financial sustainability of the council.
Key Skills and Experience:
* We are looking for candidates that have a proven track–record in shaping and leading transformation programmes in the early intervention and prevention space with experience of delivering projects that transform how organisations work in accordance with best practice methodologies.
* Experience of delivering large, complex, multi–stakeholder programmes using proven programme management techniques.
* A key element of this role will be in service re–design, for which you will be able to evidence examples of working alongside colleagues and stakeholders to deliver change initiatives that benefit organisations, in addition to service users.
* You will also have the ability to use data, both quantitative and qualitative, to measure and analyse the performance of services, identifying key indicators that determine whether the development strategies implemented have been a success
