Our client, in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join them, the office is based in Worcestershire but this is a Hybrid Role with the flexibility to work from home.
The Head of Sales role requires all sales targets are achieved through working with and towards strengthening the sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets
* Direct the efforts of the sales team in the achievement of the companies strategic objectives in the UK
* Direct the efforts of the sales team to meet all Sales objectives
* Manage the staffing and maintain an effective and expert sales team
* Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the company portfolio and services are sold effectively
* Collaborate with the management team to create a successful total company UK Strategy
* Effectively communicate to all stakeholders To carry out any other duties as reasonably required commensurate with the nature of the job and level of responsibility
Candidate Specification:
* Degree educated
* In–depth Understanding of the automotive industry
* Minimum 7–10 Years sales experience in the automotive industry
* Minimum 5 years leadership experience
* Proven track record in Automotive Account Management
* The ability to execute strategies skilfully involving multiple stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
* Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
* Very strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to meet and beat deadlines
