- Manage the Central Operations team, supporting the team to ensure that KPI's around [finance, compliance and service delivery] are met

- Coach and motivate the team to achieve goals and exceed targets
- Work closely with the Central HR and Campus Management teams to ensure the Divisional delivery and operations teams are appropriately resourced at all times
- Chair University Partnerships Board meeting and attend other Divisional and College Board meetings as necessary
What you'll bring:
- Collaborative – you are exceptional at working in and across teams, building collective buy–in and getting others to be motivated to do things
- Disciplined – you identify priorities and avoid distractions to deliver them
- Committed to people – you recognise that systems and processes are only as good as the people who use them. You are committed to inspiring and developing others to drive impact
- Problem solver – you have an extremely positive and solutions–focused mindset and love working with others to deal with challenges and achieve goals. You cut through the chaff and simplify complex things to propose clear workable solutions
- Strategic – you're great at the day to day stuff but have the capacity and capability to look ahead and scan the emerging landscape to identify opportunities
- Track record of excellence – you are results–focussed and strive for excellence in everything you do. You get stuff done on time and with quality
- Values–aligned – you identify with the groups values and mission and are as passionate as we are about delivering success
