LEGAL COUNSEL - LUXURY RETAILER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join the fast-paced and commercially focused legal team of a luxury retail brand.
About the role;
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including NDA's, engagement letters, supplier agreements, licensing and publishing agreements, outsourcing agreements, and IT agreements. You will also support and advise on real estate, corporate, finance and IP matters. You will undertake a broad variety of work, support the CLO and Head of Legal on different legal projects, and contribute to the development of precedents with respect to the Department.
About you;
You must be a UK qualified lawyer of at least 2 years' PQE. Ideally, you will have great commercial contracts experience gained in a well-respected commercial team either in private practice or in-house. This role is great for someone who wishes to immerse themselves in the brand and luxury retail in general, and whom also wants great exposure to the business side of things.
This is a unique opportunity to join an authentic luxury brand that has grown exponentially in the past few years. You shall enjoy specific benefits that only a luxury retailer could offer, alongside a competitive salary and hybrid working. They have a great legal team with a supportive and inclusive culture, which will allow you to carve out your in-house legal career.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
