A large financial services business based near Birmingham require an experienced commercial / corporate solicitor to join their busy in-house team. In this role you will be supporting the legal team and wider business on a range of matters to include contract reviewing, negotiating and drafting as well as supporting the senior legal team on complex and high value projects.
Description
As an In-House Legal Counsel within this organisation you will primarily be supporting the team of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts to include, service agreements, facilities management contracts, software licences, sponsorship agreements and more. You will also provide general legal advice to the wider business when required.
Profile
In order to be considered for this role, you will be based in / near the Midlands and be happy to commute to their West Midlands office. You will be a qualified solicitor and have experience in either commercial, corporate or in-house. You will also have experience in managing competing demands and be able to work closely with senior business stakeholders.
