Compliance Analyst - Hedge Fund

Our Client, an exciting international and high-profile Hedge Fund/Asset Management firm are looking for a compliance Analyst to join their EMEA legal and compliance team in London, but the candidate will also be working closely with the global compliance team. The aim is to ensure that activities in the UK and Europe are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements outlined by the FCA, Other Regulatory Bodies and by internal policy. This will provide the successful candidate with exposure to the firm's wide variety of trading strategies and investment products, in a fast paced and constantly evolving regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting trading and investment activities conducted from the UK and Europe in accordance with regulation from the Financial Conduct Authority
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other compliance staff to ensure all third-party policy and internal procedures are adhered to

Candidate qualities

• Minimum degree qualified, ideally with additional professional qualifications such as CFA OR CISI
• Compliance experience within an Investment Bank, Hedge fund or investment/Asset management firm
• Demonstratable organisational and project management skills
• Detail orientated
• Strong analytical ability
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstratable numeracy skills

Remuneration: £ 45,000 - £ 60,000
