A highly respected and established firm of Chartered accountants in Tiverton is searching for a qualified professional to join them as a key Senior Manager with Partner Potential addition to their team. The role provides excellent career progression and development potential as a combined result of succession planning and growth of the business.
Client Details
This Tiverton based accountancy practice is growing and undergoing positive development and planning for the long term future development of the firm. The firm acts for varied clients, across sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with circa 1700 clients in total. There are a few audits, whilst the majority of their client base ranges up to around the £2- 3 million mark in turnover. Whilst their client base has a decent element of farming clients, perhaps up to around 30% there is a varied, wide ranging industry clients around this to provide variety and exposure to wide ranging sectors. You will look to take on relationships and deliver a quality service, along with advising and adding value with project work across wide ranging areas of accounting and tax advice.

Joining the firm as Senior Manager with Partner Potential based at the firms Tiverton offices, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients providing all round accounting services and tax advice. The role has arisen through a combination of positive growth and planning for the future growth of the firm, so the firm is therefore ideally looking to attract career focused professionals, with the demonstrable skills and attitude to progress within the firm. Whilst they service a handful of clients with audit requirement the majority of their client base ranges up to around the £2- 3 million mark in turnover. Your portfolio is likely to focus on an element of farming clients, perhaps up to around 30% with a varied, wide ranging industry client based around this to provide variety and exposure to wide ranging sectors. You will look to take on relationships and deliver a quality service, along with advising and adding value with project work across wide ranging areas of accounting and tax advice.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be qualified across any of ACA, ACCA and/or CTA, with a career background developed in any of a large, national firm accountancy practice background and/or, a regional independent firm background of any size. You will be at least an experienced Manager / Senior Manager level professional, seeking the right long term, career move as Senior Manager with Partner Potential. You will be able to demonstrate both the technical expertise, with the additional competencies they will be looking for in the right individual with client facing, business development abilities and the aptitude to progress in the firm, as a key addition.
Job Offer
