Head of Commercial Performance
Our client, a large top tier contractor are recruiting for a Head of Commercial Permorance to work alongside their consultancy engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global organization with a over a GBP2 billion order book of future work. This is working within Utilities & civil engineering. They are open to any sector background & would prefer people from either a main contractor or consultancy environment.

Remuneration:
GBP70,000 – GBP85,000 per annum plus car/car allowance, Healthcare & 20% annual bonus
The role:
The successful Commercial Manager will coming from an engineering services background who has strong knowledge of cost control, contractual agreements, managing change this is a leadership role sitting on the engineering management team. Your direct reports will include Operations Manager, Planning Manager, Data Analyst & of course Quantity Surveyors. This role involves commercially managing internal Engineers.
Requirements:
– Quantity Surveying experience
– Strong understanding of engineering services, ideally Commercially managing internal engineers
– Savvy stakeholder management skills
