Are you an experienced Business Analyst and able to identify trends and improve reporting? If you have experience of data management systems and applications particularly Tableau, but also Business Objects Webi and / or Microsoft Power BI then we would be interested in talking to you.

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Intelligence team (BI), within the Customer Solutions Team structure. Our BI team provides a comprehensive supply chain, productivity, and commercial reports, metrics and KPI information with the aim of reducing uncertainty and identifying performance trends so our customers can make better decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and build new reports in Tableau and to support existing Business Objects suites
Define requirement and scope of reporting needs
Set and provide enhanced reports and / or ad–hoc information about the supply chain
Create, generate and issue customised reports, metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Investigate and update reporting logics based on changing business needs
Maintain visual output of KPI's and metrics
Work closely with Project Managers and Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Operational Management colleagues to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered on time in line with expectationsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Proficient with Tableau is a must and some experience with SAP Business Objects Webi and MS Power BI would also be useful
You'll have a proven background (and affinity with) IT system related activities (Data bases, reporting software, etc)
Ability to multi–task and deal with different stakeholders both internally and externally on all levels
Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines and deliver results based on pre agreed targets; you'll be deadline driven, accustomed to working in a changeable environment and very well organised
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with a systematic and methodical approach to your work
Reliable, flexible approach where needed and extremely motivated
A good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skillsGOOD REASON TO JOIN
