Alice Rose is looking for a hungry, money motivated, ambitious, and tenacious individual to join their growing team. We are looking for an established Senior/ Principal level consultant with a track record of consistently strong billings of GBP200,000 and above. This is an outstanding opportunity to capitalise on a hugely rewarding career.
As an Associate Partner you will be expected to service a group of established Alice Rose clients consistently or to bring your own relationships and established desk.
MONEY + BONUSES + INCENTIVES
The earning potential with Alice Rose is uncapped and hard to beat. What sets us apart is the financial management support. We want you to maximise your earning potential to path your way towards financial freedom. This is how we do it:
* We set you up a Limited Company! This company is yours; we give you advice on how to manage it and utilise it to your benefit. The Alice Rose team of Accountants takes care of all the boring financial management, so you don't have to. We show you how to minimise your tax to as low as 19%!
* We Pay you 50% of every deal you do! Each deal / placement that you make as a Delivery Consultant, you will be paid 50% For example GBP10,000 deal will yield you GBP5,000! If you make GBP200,000 worth of placements for the year, you yield GBP100,000 for the year! Very achievable
* Gym Membership + 2 Hour Lunch Breaks! Alice Rose wants to encourage and support their team to strive to be the best versions of themselves every day! So, we provide you with a Gym Membership and a 2 HOUR lunch break to utilise it! We believe in working hard all morning and then switching off, getting a workout in at the gym, then wind down, enjoy your lunch and reenergise your mind and body for the final half of the day!
* Personal Incentives! As well as market leading commission (50% flat) Alice Rose offer excellent personal incentives for their team. These include Rolex Watches, Mortgage deposit contributions and all expenses paid holidays for overachievers! Consultant of the month incentives (clothes, cash, experiences, dinners, trips), Personal Quarterly Incentives (Cash, Trips, Clothes, Dinners),
