The Role
- Drafting and negotiating complex aspects of contractual documentation with key strategic partners and suppliers.
- Building strategic relationships between the Legal Team and other key stakeholders.
- Complex, high-worth, international project support
- Providing specialist and strategic legal advice in support of all digital project activities
- Building strong working relationships across key stakeholders to ensure operational synergies, legal & regulatory compliance and full-cycle contractual support
- Providing high quality advice around structure and implementation of key digital initiatives
- Providing guidance, knowhow and training on relevant aspects of digital law
- Responding to regulatory and governmental consultations
- Drafting and maintaining various related privacy notices
- Ability to draft and negotiate complex aspects of key strategic agreements
- Ability to provide flexible, commercial project support
- Experience advising senior stakeholders on complex legal issues
- Dispute resolution experience
- Strong stakeholder / customer management and influencing skills
- Experience of working across multiple business functions, in particular: Technology, Security, Risk & Compliance
- Qualified lawyeror experienced CM
