The Role
In joining this high growth manufacturing business, you will be responsible for the design, development and introduction of new machinery, products, design changes and improvements to the manufacturing process. Playing a key role in strategic growth opportunities as part of the management team, you will manage the development of new technologies and machinery to support operations focussed on the development and maintenance of capable manufacturing processes.
The Candidate
With experience and application of modern manufacturing tools and techniques you will be working within a fast paced and dynamic business, acting as a key point of contact for all major customers on engineering matters. In this leadership role it is essential that you have "hands on" experience in the design, development and project management of new manufacturing and production lines and a good understanding of commercial programme management.
