Director - Quantity Surveyor

A global Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveying Director to join their Senior Management Team and play a key role in their Public Sector team.

The Director's (Quantity Surveyor) Role

The successful Director will join the London office where you will work closely with local authority and government based clients – identifying new business opportunities and growing the public sector Quantity Surveying team.

The successful Director shall also oversee projects, ensuring all stakeholders are managed, and be involved in recruiting new members of the Quantity Surveying team.

The Director (Quantity Surveyor)

MRICS or MCIOB preferably
Extensive UK Cost Management/Quantity Surveying experience
Experience of leading and developing Quantity Surveying teams
A proven track record of working on projects within the public sectorIn Return?
