My client are a fast-growing property development company who recently got backing from a highly regarded Private equity house.
The business are about to experience a period of high growth and are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Finance to help the business transition.
This is an initial 3 month contract with potential and scope to either be extended longer term or made permanent.

Description
- Prepare and present internal monthly management accounts and reports to directors
- Become the primary contact for preparation for the annual audit and statutory financial statements
- Develop annual multi-year financial forecasts
- Contribute to financial analysis or development of business cases for board decisions
- Lead the development of the company's annual operating budget and cash flows
- Ensure compliance with all relevent UK tax legislation including corporation tax and VAT
- Adherence to companies house filing deadlines and any other statutory bodies
Profile
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or oversees equivalent
- Experience working in a similar role
- Real Estate or Construction experience is vital
- Confident financial modeller
