Fee earners within this firm are consistently generating between GBP1m – GBP2m per annum. You would be able to leverage their existing client relationships, as well as nurturing your own network. You will be given time, autonomy and support – to take your billings and personal earnings to the next level.We are therefore interested in speaking to confident and entrepreneurial recruiters – with the credibility to operate on international c–level mandates. You will ideally have had experience of retained search previously. However. if you have a strong track record within contingency recruitment, this could be your opportunity to transition into search. We are interested in people from all sector backgrounds, although in particular financial or professional services and/or STEM related industries.A very competitive financial package is available.
