It's exciting times at MMT Digital as we scale our consulting capabilities and help our clients deliver digital solutions that transform their business performance. MMT Digital has developed strong partnerships with a number of enterprise clients such as Boots, Vodafone and BP, supporting the execution of their digital transformation strategy and driving Agile practices at scale.
This has created an area of growth for MMT Digital in consulting services and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Agile Delivery Consultant to advise clients on how to realise the value of being truly agile through the implementation and optimisation of agile frameworks such as SAFe.
This person will coach, mentor and train our large enterprise clients who embark on their Agile Transformation using Agile best practice and our Compass Framework.
Compass is our Lean Enterprise Framework that focusses on ensuring our clients deliver value to their customers in the shortest time possible whilst maximising the return on investments in their digital portfolio. This is a client facing role that delivers valuable outcomes whilst supporting new business and account growth.

Consulting responsibilities:
Working with the Director of Consulting, Product Consultants, UX experts, and a multi–disciplined technical team, the successful candidate will:
- Work directly with senior leaders in defining strategy and roadmaps for transitioning to Agile ways of working leveraging various Agile scaling patterns.
- Implement Lean Portfolio Management techniques within our clients to establish robust demand management processes for digital engineering across the enterprise portfolio.
- Mentor and pair with client Change agents by being an Agile champion and engender the Agile Manifesto, Agile Principles and scaling principles within our client organisations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Agile values, principles, and practices to support their desired outcomes.
- Scale and optimise existing delivery practices in accordance with industry best practices.
- Liaise with the MMT's Product Consultants to ensure the delivery team align with the business and digital strategy and ensure value is tracked at every point in delivery.
- Manage delivery relationships with the client and its suppliers on behalf of MMT Digital.
- Working with client RTEs and Scrum Masters to support PI execution ensuring it is robust with dependencies, impediments and risks managed.
- Support the Compass Product Manager in the continued design and development of the Compass Framework.
- Work within the MMT's consulting framework, observe existing implementations and plan improvement activities for Agile practices and behaviours at scale.

- Able to facilitate and present to large audiences in a compelling and professional way.

- Ability to balance Agile theory vs. practice, and meeting the client where they are at in their journey.
- Proven experience of working in digital delivery and strategy within a digital agency environment, or similar consultancy role.
- You will be at least SPC (SAFe Program Consultants) certified, or equivalent scaling framework certifications.
- Extensive experience in SAFe delivery with demonstrable experience in establishing and launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- You have experience with other popular Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming).
- You have experience selling solutions and shaping consulting engagements early during the sales and delivery cycles.
- Support sales activities by helping create and/or present proposals by providing subject matter expertise.
- A proactive strategic thinker, with a curiosity to continuously improve delivery for MMT Digital and our clients.
