Your new role
This role will support the HR Service Delivery team on all system and process changes to fully develop the service delivery model. This is a 'hands on' role that will require the ability to analyse and change systems and processes, but also implement those changes working closely with the technical workday team. You will act as a conduit between the HR team and ServiceNow team to ensure changes are actioned. You will also undertake a review of all HR SSC documentation and templates, and where missing, develop a suite of standard templates for HR documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a background in HR shared services/HR Process where you will have used ServiceNow as well as excel. You will have a HR background with in–depth expertise in HR systems, ideally Service Now or a similar tracking and ticketing system as well as experience of managing and delivering change within an HR team focused on HR systems, but with the ability to review processes as well. Experience of system implementation or testing, ideally experience within financial services or related sectors would be an advantage, as would a working knowledge of Oracle HR. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 6–12 month contract.
