Head of Responsible Investment

Alexander Lloyd are pleased to partner once again with a Growing Financial Services organisation based in Sussex on the recruitment of a Head of Responsible Investment role on a permanent basis.

The role is currently fully home–based, however once Covid begins to shift there will be a requirement for office work 1–2 days per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing the long–term ESG/RI/Climate Change strategy
• Develop a comprehensive approach to measuring and managing ESG and climate related risks.
• Engagement with external managers on their approach to ESG integration and RI more broadly.
• Analysing the potential impact of climate change on investment portfolios, and propose strategies to reduce these risks.
• TCFD reporting.
