Your roleWe're expanding fast, so we're looking for people who are natural initiative–takers, who bring out the best in others, are brilliant listeners and can grow our business without compromising standards, integrity or culture.
You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands.
With experience in small to large business transformation, knowledge of integration best practice, solution design and basic architectural principles, you'll be an integral part in the technical design of new software and processes. You should be able to take requirements from a range of client stakeholders and evaluate the technical feasibility, complexity and impact of the solutions you produce. Responsibilities include
- Gathering technical requirements to help solve some of the most exciting problems for our clients
- Leading analysis to clearly and accurately document architecture, system integrations and data models utilising appropriate tools
- Working within multi–disiplinary teams to design high level integrations between systems and applications with architects and technical leads
- Being comfortable documenting integrations using system modelling tools and techniques (e.g. sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams) and designing API cataloges
- Collaborating with developers and design teams to clarify requirements across disciplines to innovate and deliver digital solutions
- Accessing the technical impacts and other business or change impacts that come as a result of the solutions and integrations you produce
- Delivering gap analysis between current and proposed implementations
- Having awareness of integration design and wider project architecture goals and how these may impact the design and work within delivery teams
- Demonstrate an appetite to continuously improve technical processes and ways of working
- Proactively staying up to date with latest technology and best practice with regards to integration, analysis and software delivery and understanding how these can be leveraged for our clients
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Location: All our locations across the UK, with an option of working from home as per circumstances, but this client–facing role and provides opportunities for travel in the UK and overseas.
Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full–time basis.
